Here's one from the Jan. 27, 1945 People's Weekly:


A Social Credit cabinet minister [here you may substitute any party you desire] stopped his car to chat with a farmer on the roadside.

"How has everything been going with you?"

"Oh fine. The old cat had a litter the other day. I thought they were going to grow up to be Social Credit-ers -- but they finally opened their eyes."
