brother of Vikki Moss. Born with Down syndrome.

Got to know Wayne Gretzky while he was dating Vikki in 1985.

Before each home game it became a ritual for Gretzky to visit with Joey sitting in a front row seat.

At end, suffered from Alzheimer's Disease and from a bad fall on his hip.

Rest in peace.
