Kenney gov't attempt to get control of Albertans' CPP

Here's a thought about Alberta Premier Kenney's statement in favour of the Alberta government taking over the Alberta portion of the Canadian Pension plan.

How many, including a friend of mine, will promptly leave the province if the Alberta government takes over the Pension Plan? Any who do, it seems, will take their CPP money with them.

How can such a plan be managed when the amount of money in it constantly fluctuates?

As my friend pointed out, the administrative cost would be craz-z-zy.
