NDP-Liberal coalition prematurely discussed by media and leaders

The media are jumping the gun again asking Trudeau and Singh what they think about a coalition if no party has majority after the federal election.


Let's just wait for the election first.


Unfortunately Trudeau and Singh have lowered themselves to answer the question.

Now the leader of the Conservatives is saying that the Liberals will be forced to do bad things if they depend on NDP support to stay in power. But that is not how a coalition works, the major party will bend but in the end not do something it totally disagrees with for the sake of power.


We saw this in BC where the Greens pushed for electoral reform and the NDPs bent to the extent of holding a referendum. That is how a coalition works, and the media and Conservatives should just calm down...
