Saturday March 18, 2023

Edmonton

Sunrise 7:41 pm

Sunset 7:44 pm

This is only two minutes off of equal 12 hour/12 hour split of night and day.

This was the equinox

the day before there was more night; the day later there is even more day.

March 17 sunrise 7:44 am sunset 7:42 pm

March 19 sunrise 7:39 am sunset 7:45 pm

It is said that equinox happens on March 21 and that starts spring

but in Edmonton this year equinox was on March 18.

Why ?

I don't know.

And i see in 2024 it is even one more day earlier.

=========================

Here's more sunrise and sunsets at our latitude
