I bet you'll find the name Earl Grey there -- he was gov-gen of Canada at one time and gave us the Grey Cup.

also described himself as a "perfect fanatic" on subject of electoral reform.


Partly under his influence, Ottawa was first place in Canada to vote in referendum in favour of PR, in 1915 and was the first to see its democratic clamour ignored!
